Leadership Development
Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is the most extensive and well-rounded program for college graduates. Over the course of 18 months, you’ll rotate through Acosta Group’s core business departments, allowing you to:
- Understand what you like to do, what excites you, and where your strengths lie.
- Work hands-on with some of the most well-known brands in the world.
- Network with leaders in the CPG industry, including your own Executive Sponsor.
- Learn valuable skills including client relationship building, marketing and sales, business intelligence, retail execution, and more.
