Acosta Senior Workforce Analytics & Insights (remote) in United States

Overview

The Senior Workforce Analytics & Insights Manager must be a proven leader with a track record of successfully leading and coaching teams in delivering on-time results. Primary focus is to manage the analysis of HR, workforce, and customer insights to improve decision making and business performance. Oversee quantitative analysis and the creation of predictive models used for enhancing forecasting accuracy. Guide efforts to automate data collection and analysis, create visualizations, and develop new analytics tools/dashboards. Partner with HRIS and IT to produce the data sets required for analysis and insights. Stakeholder for HR Data Governance and standards. This position will be the main storyteller of HR related data and partner with HR leaders to make data driven business decisions. The ability to coordinate and supervise several projects simultaneously is critical.

This is a remote position, work from home anywhere in the United States.

Essential Functions:

  • Driving WFA&I Strategy and Team Management

  • Lead HR Data Consolidation Initiatives such as: Data Hubs, Data Ponds, Data Lakes, Delta Lakes, etc.

  • Implementing Workforce Analytics Dashboards & Solutions

  • Support Senior Leadership & Board of Director Project/ad hoc Requests

  • Educating stakeholders on analytics and tool usage

  • Storytelling of Analytics and Insights via Presentations

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in HR, Finance, Business, Statistics or related field

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Lean Six Sigma/SHRM preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

  • HR or finance/accounting experience preferred

  • 5-8 years’ experience with metrics, data and business intelligence strategies

  • 4 years of people management experience

  • 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience SQL (complex SQL Queries)

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Microsoft Power BI

  • 3-5 years’ experience with Data Modeling and Governance at the Enterprise level

  • 2+ years’ experience with Agile practices

  • 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft Excel/Access (Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)

  • Experience with KNIME Analytics, Microsoft Azure Analytics, SPSS and Minitab are a Plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, applied statistical techniques, and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of HR systems, processes and best practices

  • Advanced level knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI

  • Ability to present data in a pleasing, logical, and concise manner

  • Ability to connect tactical deliverables with enterprise objectives and strategy

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics to a nontechnical audience

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics to a non-technical audience

  • High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality, and quality of work

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

  • Project management skills (particularly organizing, planning and time management)
