Acosta Senior Executive Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote) in United States
The Senior Executive Recruiter is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and will partner with the Senior Leadership to create Executive Recruiting Strategies. This role will proactively identify, engage with and select top Executives for current and future roles across the Enterprise, while creating a best-in-class candidate experience. The position will lead VP+ searches. You will manage end to end search efforts for highly visible executive requisitions across all Acosta business channels. Our world-class Talent Team will support you to help streamline the process and execution. You will also have access to the essential internal and external tools to enable your success. *Prefer Agency experience with VP+ hiring and negotiation experience
This is a remote (work from home) position
Build tailored and comprehensive executive search strategies to identify and attract top leaders to Acosta.
Develop innovative and forward-thinking practices to identify and engage with top executive talent across the marketplace, in line with Acosta’s future talent capabilities and needs.
Lead the end to end executive recruiting process (understanding needs, defining opportunity, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and presenting candidates) to build a strong talent pipeline for open positions and pipeline opportunities.
Leverage data to drive decisions and report results in a storytelling format, leveraging talent research, talent mapping, and robust market data to inform search strategies and provide insight to business leaders
Develop and execute direct and indirect sourcing techniques, including complex internet searches, cold calling, social/professional networking, diversity recruiting and research to build a strong network of passive and active candidates.
Successfully meet metric goals while maintaining a high level of passive quality candidates.
Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role through a variety of tools, techniques and methods.
Maintain effective communication regularly with senior Leadership regarding recruitment status and updates.
Maintain current knowledge related to recruiting laws, regulations, guidelines and standards necessary to perform job duties in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Compliance Plan.
Participate in internal talent review sessions to identify and understand internal talent gaps, and proactively search for external talent with the skills and capabilities needed to fill these gaps.
Provide a superior candidate experience; clearly articulating position requirements and the impact potential candidates can have in shaping the future of Acosta; providing timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing, from initial outreach through successful new hire onboarding.

5 – 8 years of related work experience
Experience with executive recruiting, ideally on the agency/executive search side
Experience of developing and successfully executing comprehensive executive search strategies to convert passive executive talent in to top business hires
Proven experience with sourcing strategies within leadership
Experience developing an active candidate network in support of recruiting
Excellent critical thinking, project management and time management skills
Must have solid interviewing techniques as well as strong communication, persuasive, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and verbally
