Acosta REMOTE Supply Chain Analyst in United States, United States

Overview

Lead analyst for procurement systems team. Oversees frontline support for ERP system users, including troubleshooting/onboarding/offboarding/system enhancements & changes. Will play lead role in additional projects for the team, including management of offshore resources and lead in new enhancements.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions of this Position:

  • Utilize internal data and market intelligence to provide high quality analytics, modeling, and key performance indicators (KPI) on third-party spend, supply chain, travel, expense, process compliance, and supplier data. Provide recommendations to senior leadership and C-suite based on insights from data to increase cost savings and improve operational efficiency.

  • Build and manage KPIs, reporting and support of strategic program, and business process design. Drive Source to Pay (S2P) process and system efficiencies through system enhancement delivery and end user issue resolution. Maintain oversight of the S2P processes managed by Procurement ensuring internal compliance and overall efficiency. Follow up on process non-compliance and provide recommendations to the business on potential business process design improvements.

  • Ability to lead procurement solution communications and/or recommendations, influence stakeholders, and deliver change management.

  • Provide ongoing end-user support and training for our procurement systems, including Oracle Fusion Procurement and SalesForce CLM Software. Provide first-line patch testing, system process testing, system enhancement developments, and end-user debugging. Help develop and support a user-based community within the company.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Business Mgmt/CS

Experience Requirement:

  • Three to five years of experience in analytics, procurement/supply chain/project management/consulting or related fields preferred.

  • Strong process improvement skills.

  • Experience participating in cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with multiple procurement ERP systems

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

  • Proven analytical capabilities, including advanced skills in MS Excel. Advanced data mining, analysis, and presentation skills with a penchant for detail and accuracy. Ability to draw strategic insights from analysis and effectively summarize and present insights. Strong reporting skills: managing data, information and systems to report KPI’s and update progress.

  • Subject matter expert on source to pay systems, process and it’s tie in with procurement policies and the purchasing life cycle.

  • Provide first line support and ownership on source to pay system issues, training, and business operation needs.

  • Ability to craft and deliver communication, influence audiences, and support change management.

  • Organization skills to plan and manage projects and deliver results by required due dates. Project management skills, including defining project objectives and requirements.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
