Acosta Sales & Marketing Manager, Incentive Compensation in United States, United States

Overview

The Manager, Incentive Compensation will create, implement, and manage the organization’s long and short-term incentive plans. This leader will conduct research and analysis to ensure incentive pay practices are competitive, both internally and externally; and subsequently engage and motivate our associates to drive business results.

  • Lead or participate on cross-functional work teams to design, implement, and monitor incentive programs for field and corporate. Responsible for the administration of all incentive plans (i.e. annual, quarterly, etc.).

  • Participate in the development of communication materials highlighting incentive plan overview and design.

  • Conduct market research of standard practices for incentive plan design for field and corporate associates. Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

  • Collaborate with business, finance, and HR partners on annual budget planning. Develop complex reports and analysis of incentive plan performance.

  • Provide guidance to compensation team on salary administration, pay and incentive practices. Serves as a SME on incentive related issues.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years compensation experience in a large organization

  • 2+ years supervisor/management experience

  • Proven experience developing and administering incentive compensation programs.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Ability to lead, coach and inspire others.
