Acosta Sales & Marketing Manager, Incentive Compensation in United States, United States
The Manager, Incentive Compensation will create, implement, and manage the organization’s long and short-term incentive plans. This leader will conduct research and analysis to ensure incentive pay practices are competitive, both internally and externally; and subsequently engage and motivate our associates to drive business results.

Lead or participate on cross-functional work teams to design, implement, and monitor incentive programs for field and corporate. Responsible for the administration of all incentive plans (i.e. annual, quarterly, etc.).
Participate in the development of communication materials highlighting incentive plan overview and design.
Conduct market research of standard practices for incentive plan design for field and corporate associates. Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with business, finance, and HR partners on annual budget planning. Develop complex reports and analysis of incentive plan performance.
Provide guidance to compensation team on salary administration, pay and incentive practices. Serves as a SME on incentive related issues.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
5+ years compensation experience in a large organization
2+ years supervisor/management experience
Proven experience developing and administering incentive compensation programs.
Strong analytical skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Ability to lead, coach and inspire others.
