Acosta Designer, UX in United States, United States
The User Experience Designer has the responsibility to conduct user research to provide insights into the user flow and journey. They will provide conceptual prototypes within a test-and-learn iterative approach to ensure the product team has the customer information needed to build the right solution. They will also build user interface elements, SDK and/or style guides to build an Acosta brand experience; including embedded BI and Data Platform experiences.

Sit with end user customers to ensure Acosta products are providing the highest levels of value, quality, and satisfaction.
Build an Acosta UI/UX insights harmonized brand across the product landscape.
Continuous interactive product research of usability and behavior.
Produce high quality flow diagrams, designs, and storyboard artifacts.
Help connect user experience across the product domains as well as Acosta communicate artifacts.

Work Experience Requirements:
- 5 – 8 years of work-related experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Ability to collaborate with the product team to solve business problems.
Knowledge of industry tools like Adobe, Invision, Miro.
Ability to create user flows, personas, and information architecture.
Possess an analytical mind with business acumen.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
