* Mosaic is looking for an Sr. Account Manager to join our team.*

Reporting to the Sr. Account Director and serving as the primary point of contact for key client portfolios, the ideal Sr. Account Manager represents the conduit between our clients’ business and our own. Responsible for the seamless and proactive operation of our key OmniChannel programs and campaigns, the Sr. Account Manager is not only strategic and operational, but creative and collaborative as well; a natural integrator.

Driving both organic business development and client engagement the role requires a critical thinker who’s able to build relationships and have the ability to uncover marketing and communications objectives to fully understand the opportunities that will face our various teams. The successful candidate will take ownership of defining project and program briefs, engaging teams and resources, participating in solution development, then crafting and presenting persuasive and well formulated solutions and proposals to clients and stakeholders of all levels.

The Senior Account Manager will work closely with project managers, strategists, creative teams and various COE’s and SME’s to ensure that all defined program deliverables are delivered on strategy, on time, on budget, and with executional precision.

* Your primary responsibilities will include:*

  • Accountable for the success of mid-sized and large projects within the client group.

  • Provide integrated support to the Sr. Director on larger, more complex programming.

  • Drive organic business development within your client groups, and effectively expanding Mosaic’s are of influence in the category.

  • Ensure all internal process and client requests are managed and delivered in a timely manner.

  • Support and build positive relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and teams, partner agencies, and our external supplier and industry partners.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, integrated workflows and proactively advise the team and client of any risks, delays or changes.

  • Understand and perpetuate client annual plans and actively add strategic value beyond the initial request or assignment.

  • Gather, assess, and compile relevant information to support strategies and recommendations.

  • Review all creative/production material at every stage (including proofreading) to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Direct responsibility for client financials including budget control reports, monthly reconciliations, estimates, purchase orders and invoices.

  • Lead and deliver contact reports, weekly status reports, and critical paths on a timely basis.

  • Work with your manager to deliver forecasted quarter and fiscal financial targets and identify areas of growth.

  • Work with the leadership team on new business prospecting, pitch and proposals as they arise.

Qualifications

* Experience, skills and job requirements:*

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or another related field.

  • 5 years of experience in integrated advertising and/or marketing with a solutions-oriented approach and a track record for excellence in client portfolio management

  • Experienced in developing and executing advertising, marketing and 1:1 solution.

  • Able to excel across different communication mediums and has experience across a range of business verticals including experiential, sports marketing, integrated campaign development and content development.

  • Has specific experience nurturing and coaching direct reports and growing their capabilities to achieve their goals.

  • Skilled at translating client project assignments into meaningful creative and business briefs, defining priorities implementing performance marketing tactics that can achieve objectives.

  • A marketing professional who understands the discipline, art, science, and humanity of MarComm across a wide array of business challenges, audiences, and industries

  • Proven experience executing results-generating campaigns via the integration of integrated, live, experiential, digital and design workstreams, teams and resources

  • A self-starter who takes initiative, leads by example, and demonstrates a professional, responsive, and collaborative approach to teamwork in matrix organizations

  • Detail-oriented, excelling at written and spoken business communications and at crafting and delivering capabilities, proposal, and RFP presentations

  • Financially competent, with experience creating full program budgets, ongoing cost management and reconciliation and a strong track record of business profitability.

  • Skilled at leading and inspiring solution development by identifying and mobilizing the most appropriate resources while demonstrating accountability and passion

  • Has exceptional organizational skills across multiple projects and priorities, often running simultaneously

* Note: Experience within highly regulated industries is considered an asset*

  • Confident sharing point of views, providing feedback and insights, handling difficult situations and asking for council

  • Strong financial and budget management skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, meticulous about record keeping and reporting.
