We are seeking a highly engaged, organized, and effective Dedicated Retail Market Specialist to join our team at Premium to support a key retail partner.

What will you do?
Provide great instore merchandising support in all covered stores within the market.
Evaluate & recommend remedial actions on in-store execution of priority programs and new item release dates.
Maintain great in-stock execution of all new items and “hot” items for the client.
Manage out of stock initiatives by providing in-store scan data to our client service team.
Work with store employees and store managers to push sales of all merchandised product for the client.
Ensure retail execution excellence in all things related to merchandising, stocking, front facing of merchandise, and managing out of stocks.
Meets client expectations regarding retail coverage and productivity in assigned market.
Execute cool new retail initiatives (new product introductions, display compliance, POP, etc.).
Assists with client issue resolution in a timely manner.
Performs special projects as assigned by management within assigned retail market.
Report observations to management regarding quality control initiatives.
Attends weekly conference calls.
Completes administrative tasks as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel as required throughout assigned market.
How will you succeed?
Enjoy working independently in stores building and maintaining relationships with store associates and managers while providing great merchandising support.
Owning your stores. You will be the face of Premium as you visit stores on behalf of our clients. Over time, you’ll be the go-to Premium resource because of the relationships you build.
Effectively communicating with store associates, store managers and Premium team members.
Leveraging the supportof the Retail Market Manager and the Client Service Team to help you provide great in-store merchandising for our client.

Completing in-store Service Orders within the provided timeframe.
Closely following detailed instructions to ensure we get it right the first time.
Reporting your in-store work the same day you complete it.
What tools do you need for the job?
Access to reliable transportation to get you from multiple retail locations in your area.
A smartphone with access to data and internet in order to report and upload photos.
