ActionLink has a weekend side-hustle opportunity for someone to join our Home Electronics Promoter Team! We are seeking an engaging individual who will enjoy creating a quality service environment inside a local Best Buy.

Our Home Electronics Sales Specialist is responsible for executing retail sales strategies to promote one of our top global clients and their premier brand of floor care, air movement, and seasonal air treatment products. The Sales Specialist is tasked with showcasing these items to customers and demonstrating all the cutting-edge reasons why they are the best in the industry! If selected, you will assess your customers' needs, answer their tech-related questions, and highlight the products' innovative mechanical features that will improve their cleaning routines and keep their homes fresh and comfortable.

It’s our goal and commitment to help make consumer electronic product purchases more informative and personalized while boosting brand awareness during peak weekend selling hours.


  • 16 hours per weekend

  • Saturdays & Sundays: 10:30AM-7:00PM

  • Best Buy at: 125 NW Loop 410 in San Antonio, TX 78216


  • $15-$17 Hourly Pay

  • Paid Online Training at same hourly rate

  • Paid Time Off


  • Participate in Dyson's web-based training courses and videos to learn proprietary product information

  • Build strong rapport with Best Buy staff to establish productive store relationships

  • Proactively approach customers to engage them throughout the sales process, from greeting to closing the sale

  • Identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate products

  • Convey product benefits and demonstrate usage of the industry-leading features

  • Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback, observations, and submitting customer and store photos

  • Maintain business communication with District Manager via occasional phone calls, web meetings, and/or emails


  • Sales, retail, product demonstration, or relevant customer relations experience required

  • Enthusiastic and engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups

  • Available to work required weekend schedule

  • Access to reliable transportation to commute to local store

  • Access to a smart device for reporting
