Job Information

Acosta Retail Link Analyst in Rogers, Arkansas

Overview

In the office 4 days a week.

You will help clients deliver sales at the shelf using Retail Link and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the team to implement strategic plans.

  • Assist with the creation of business reviews, category reviews and marketing presentations dealing with specific needs as they pertain to category management, top line reports.

  • Manage resource information for marketing area to include Retail Link, Nielsen, IRI, and other types of syndicated data including Spectra demographics.

  • Coordinate efforts and communications with the region’s marketing hub to ensure all information and analytical requirements for the division are being met.

Qualifications

  • Must be computer literate with a degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications including spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, e-mail, fax, database management, Nielsen Workstation, NITE, Spectra (in offices where applicable) and IRI’s Data Server.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with others, must be able to speak, hear and sit for long periods of time. Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, lift and stand on a daily basis. Must have good vision, dexterous use of both hands and be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone and copy machine.

  • Must have a college degree or three years experience in marketing analysis (or previous experience as a Category Analyst) with specific knowledge of IRI and/or Nielsen systems, data and their uses in building category business reviews.

  • Needs to possess ability to make presentations coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
