We are currently looking for an Assistant Internal Operations Manager to join our innovative, growing company.

The Assistant Internal Operations Manager collaborates with the client service team on operational tasks to execute marketing programs. They are instrumental in implementing process evolutions, supporting change management and identifying future efficiency opportunities.


The Assistant Internal Operations Manager will:

  • Project management of various operational tasks related to marketing program execution Operations

  • Liaison between Account Management and various shared service departments such as; Risk Management, Legal and Procurement

  • Assessment & control of risk management including identification & escalation of issues

  • Tracking and report development of risk & legal activities

  • Compliance review of legal contracts

  • Support financial management, planning, systems and controls

  • Support implementation & change management of operational processes and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor of Arts Degree

  • 1 – 3 Previous experience in a retail/merchandising/marketing environment, helpful OR any similar combination of education and experience

  • Analytical skills required - detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed

  • Project coordination skills, management experience, and prioritization of tasks

  • Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple (and often conflicting) demands.

  • Advanced Microsoft excels skills and proficiency in Power Point

  • Self-motivated and proactive with superior organization skills and attention to detail

  • Professional attitude and strong leadership skills

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines and manage and prioritize a high volume of projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • A commitment to exceptional service and delivery

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Strong team player and collaboration skills.
