Acosta UX Researcher in Remote, United States
User Experience Researcher helps key stakeholders and Product Owners with design and implementation of new products and features by providing user data related to experience through interviewing, screening, sketching, transcribing, research approaches, testing strategies, tools, and processes.

Collect and analyze user behavior through various quantitative and qualitative methods: usability studies, card sorting, surveys, field visits, data analysis and synthesis, etc.
Provide stakeholders, product owners, and development leads key user information to help plan strategic direction of products that align with business goals and customer needs.
Create and inform role and product personas by transcribing, interviewing, data analysis and synthesis.
Collaborates with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Development Teams by understanding business goals and gathering feedback while advocating for the user.
Craft compelling and influential presentations, presenting the story to all levels of the organization. Work with the Product Owner to develop concepts for future versions of the product.

High School Diploma/GED
BA/BS or equivalent educational background
Work Experience Requirements:
3+ years’ relevant professional experience.
2+ years’ experience planning, conducting, analyzing, and presenting the results of UX research with various qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Background in Consumer-Packaged Goods a plus.
Proven expertise with leading design tools such as Sketch and In-Vision.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Ability to get beneath the surface of what people say they want to truly understand what they need.
In depth understanding & expertise of basic design principles.
Documenting and presenting actionable research findings to a variety of audiences.
Evangelizing the value and proper use of user research to address business needs.
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced work environment.
