Acosta Sales & Marketing Specialist, Business Manager Assistant in Pleasanton, California
Coordinate all client and vendor-related processes for specific retailers, within various markets or regions.

Consult with Client/customers/Business managers on escalated issues including orders and claims.
Consult with clients/customers/Business Managers on resolving escalated issues regarding contracts, pricing.
Help coordinate third party invoice process – from retailer to client/check request information
Serve as a resource and subject matter expert to team members; providing them with guidance and being available to answer questions to clarify the work activities. Considered a Super User in Acosta Relay/Client TPM/Customer Portals.
Coordinate correct information on new and existing items for Acosta Relay, DMS, Customer Portal maintenance
Assist BM and ABM with any product codes and other projects. Serve as Backup to BMA team
Help coordinate team member schedules to ensure coverage within the team; Approve Time Off and fill in for Supervisor when out
Assess the need for training/development and partner with Supervisor to coordinate personal development skills. May also lead, identify, assign, train, audit and follow up on work activities of the team members with supervision of manager.

High School Diploma/GED
Work Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Must have advanced expertise PowerPoint, word, excel, and email
Must be able to communicate effectively with others
Must present a professional image and be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
Knowledge of Acosta Relay – item maintenance
Knowledge of Customer portals – new items and monthly contracts
Adhere to contract deadlines
