We are currently looking for an experienced and results-oriented Full-Time Wireless Sales Representative to join our organization, to be a sales leader in our exciting partnership as an authorized dealer for AT&T, in national retail.

Can you thrive in a generous full-time commission-based role, meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives, selling wireless service for one of the nation’s leading telecom service providers? If so, you will earn an hourly wage plus commission, to earn an average of $45,000-$50,000 per year (hourly base wage + commissions).Without any cap on commission, our sales leaders will earn significantly more.

Be a self-starter who can be trusted to operate successfully without supervision, always being prepared for check-ins and visits from management
Be a fast learner who can communicate offers, plans, and demonstrate key features and benefits of services and products
Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and act in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment
Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, generally working Thursday through Monday, up to 40 hours every week
Success is Measured By:
Achievement of established monthly sales goals. That achievement will be rewarded! In addition to your hourly pay, you’ll earn commission based on your sales of service plans.
Completion of administrative responsibilities such as daily shift recaps, reports, meeting all expected deadlines
Attendance and schedule compliance
Completion of training requirements on an ongoing basis, meeting all expected deadlines
Outstanding customer engagements and retailer relationships
Sales experience and a passion for technology and/or cell phones
1-2 years retail experience ideal
Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology and services
High school diploma or equivalent
Independent and motivated individual contributor and team player
Regular physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional material up to 25 pounds
Reliable transportation for store shifts
Must have ability to commute to assigned store, and arrive on time for assigned shift(s)
Daily access to internet and email
Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day
