Overview
The Client Service Coordinator is part of a team that plans and prepares Client programs for in-market execution and reporting once a program has been contracted by a member of the FrontLine Marketing sales team. The Client Service Coordinator performs their duties as a continuation of the Client sales process always honoring and supporting the FrontLine Marketing Sales lead as the ultimate “owner” of the Client relationship for business development purposes. The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for understanding the details of each assignment and communicating those details internally and externally as appropriate. For program execution purposes the Client Service Coordinator will be in direct communication with project leaders at CPG companies and/or their agencies to inform, guide and obtain all of the essential information and materials necessary to successfully implement the Client’s program at retail during the contracted timeframe. The role will liaison with the FrontLine Marketing operations, production, research and retail relations teams to manage timelines and workflow, finalize details regarding featured product and backups, secure artwork approvals, and implement all administrative tasks in order to meet deadlines and budget constraints in accordance with the company’s process. The Client Service Coordinator will compile monthly program execution reports, analyze and recommend changes to improve operating practices.

Essential Functions:
Prepare relevant documents and materials and assist the Client Sales Team lead in hosting a Client “kick-off” meeting to launch each new program
Create timelines, process documents, presentation materials, schedule client meetings, obtain program information from clients
Lead and monitor project details on a daily basis to keep projects on track, on time and on budget
Complete all required internal program documentation (CERF, CPFs etc..) with accuracy by all required due dates, having obtained all necessary information from clients
Pull merchandising execution numbers, sales data, and program photos from available sources and prepare wrap-up reports to review with the Client Sales lead for them or you to send to Clients
Access syndicated data tools (Market 6 or Nielsen) for trendline data post program, for clients who request this information
Gather proof of performance documentation as required by clients for billing
Coordinate with creative traffic/production team to facilitate statement of work with outside display vendors
Meet internal deadlines and communicate in writing all activity, program process and execution details on a regular bases
Phone audits to insure program compliance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience Requirements:
3+ years direct experience in marketing operations related field
Experience working in an administrative support capacity
Experience working with project management software preferred.
