Overview

Specialist, Center of Excellence

The Center of Excellence Specialist will provide the local markets and channels with retail support, training and guidance on all workforce management systems. This position will be responsible for meeting goals for productivity and compliance based on the metrics established by management; collaborate with peers, market representative, and channels to identify inefficiencies and submit recommendations to team; lead to improve inefficiencies as well as maintain and enforce published retail system processes.

Essential Functions of this Position (list in order of most important to least important):

  • Review objective submission to ensure standardized compliance and capacity management is met;

  • Review promotions and tasks with appropriate retail management prior to objectives are released to retail;3. Review weekly scheduling and provide an export to Retail Management and DMs on calls planned for that week.

  • Support local geography requests and make suggestions/train to ensure standardized process is maintained;

  • Manage systems dashboards daily to include submission/deletion/rejection of items to escalation;

  • Export Retail Insights Report and format weekly/as required and transmit 'gaps' reporting. Pull data and create weekly compliance report

  • Manage promotional dashboard daily to include submission/rejection of retail requests to escalation;

  • Keep APLs up to date, including setting up new items (with Business Process support), processing listing updates, and following through update lifecycle (request, update, validation in APL); liaise with Retail

  • Management to address any challenges.

  • Complete all territory changes accurately and by the due date established;

  • Provide support on various request from your supervisor;

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing/retail reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • Basic Retail report functions

  • Knowledge of field reporting tools (NI, Movista, Nars, Repsly, etc)

  • Basic troubleshooting skills

  • Solid communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Intermediate Excel / Microsoft suite skills

  • Proactive and analytical

  • Solid follow-up skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Bilingual in English and French (preferred but not required)
