Do you have a passion for pets? Want to work in a friendly environment in the pet industry? We offer a fulfilling role to represent a significant pet client to increase brand awareness and elevate sales. Come join our pet parent call center in a fun, pet-driven environment.

What will you do?

  • Build and maintain relationships with pet parents.

  • Provide personalized support on nutrition and feeding for pets.

  • Record call data in great detail to ensure client accuracy.

  • Provide pet parents with product knowledge including benefits and promotions to help increase sales.

  • Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with customers.

  • Delight pet parents by making personalized recommendations for their pet's nutrition.

  • Communicating effectively and efficiently.

  • Generating sales opportunities for Premium's client.

  • Passionately engaging with customers and their pets and all store personnel.

  • Working on weekends when needed.
