ActionLink is seeking a driven individual with a flair for the art of photography and conversation to join our growing sales team. This dedicated specialist will showcase and demonstrate the latest innovations in premium digital imaging by representing a Fortune 100 global client, Sony®, and their market-leading line of cameras, lens technology, and photo equipment accessories.

Our Sony Sales Expert serves as the in-store guru, playing a key role in promoting the Sony brand by understanding the needs of customers, answering their questions, comparing against competitors, and offering personalized advice for purchases. Our Sony Expert will also engage with other Best Buy store personnel through periodic knowledge sharing and training efforts, ensuring that our retail partners are fully aware of all that Sony offers.

WHEN & WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

  • 40 hours per week

  • Thursdays through Mondays: 11:00am - 7:30pm

  • Best Buy located at 10760 NW 17th St., Miami, FL, 33172

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Provide exciting customer interactions through effective engagement strategies, product demos, and expert recommendations on digital imaging products and accessories

  • Proactively overcome customer objections to close sales, ring up your customers' purchases, and achieve weekly sales goals

  • Make new friends inside of our partner Best Buy store by teaming up to deliver world class customer service

  • Complete same-day online survey using our App to ensure you get paid

ARE YOU A MATCH?

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish required

  • This role requires that you are either fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or willing to complete weekly COVID-19 testing (may be at employee expense). Upon an offer of employment, proof of vaccination or agreement to be tested weekly must be submitted as part of the onboarding process.

  • Previous sales experience

  • Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude

  • Knowledge of digital imaging terminology (e.g., DSLR, mirrorless, file format, focal length, etc.)

  • Access to reliable transportation to commute to local Best Buy store

  • Available to work Thursdays through Mondays

  • Access to a smart device for reporting
