Description
The Implementation Analyst is responsible for orchestrating strategic programs and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring channel readiness and operational excellence.
As the Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for owning the management of retail merchandising implementation and compliance. You will support retail brand compliance reviews in partnership with the internal marketing organization and introduce processes that can be leveraged by external partners and master agents.

Essential Functions:
Support the retail design & fixture strategy in partnership with cross functional internal teams
Monitor the development, distribution, and implementation of new fixtures to support promotions, products, & services being marketed within the store, ensuring on time delivery and display
Work with internal partners, master agents, and support vendors to ensure brand compliance across retail stores consistent with our brand strategy
Be responsible for merchandising refresh planning & implementation
Support the management of design partnerships & relationships with external vendors and master agent support teams
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of relevant work experience
Work Experience Requirements:
2 years actively working in retail operations and / or merchandising strategy & design
2 years of program and / or project management experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities
Excellent executive presentation skills
Experience working with external partners and/or vendor
Strong interpersonal and professional verbal, written and overall communication skills
A team player orientation collaborating well with others
A passion for delivering exceptional experiences to consumers
Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work as a hybrid remote associate and travel to local Miami office upon request
Preference for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, VLSS certification in Green Belt or Black Belt.
