CORE Foodservice has a Divisional Culinarian opportunity in the Northeast Division (New England, Maryland, Eastern Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York)

Primary Purpose

The Divisional Culinarian is responsible for driving the CORE Culinary platform through key operator ideation, specifically in the K12 and NonCommercial Sales Channels. Additionally, leading culinary training for our committed clients.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Liaison for Client Culinary to Culinary- number of clients TBD in collaboration with Client Management

  • Divisional Trainer

  • New Hire

  • Ongoing learning and development

  • Client trainer- hands on development

  • NonCom and K12 lead culinarian for that division

  • Lead Culinarian for all client management approved events in support of our clients

  • 50% travel (estimate)

  • Culinary experience required

  • Culinary Degree preferred

  • Ability to work independently and possess high quality organizational skills

  • Capacity to meet deadlines on all projects assigned

  • Ability to understand and execute a train the trainer model based on Core Foodservice’s and our client’s needs

  • Candidate must have a proven track record in achieving their sales goals

  • Live in a major market
