We are currently looking for sales-minded District Managers to join our innovative and growing company in an exciting partnership with Windstream and DirecTV. As a District Manager, you will lead a team of Full-Time Sales Representatives to deliver on sales objectives of high-speed internet and streaming services at Walmart. You will also work closely with the Account Manager to communicate regularly regarding tracking performance metrics to goal and reporting. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that Sales Representatives submit reports by their deadlines and adhere to all company policies.

The salary for the position is starting at $65,000 annually, and is negotiable dependent on experience.

The District Manager will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Full-Time Sales Representatives who will sell high-speed internet and streaming services at an assigned Walmart store

  • Drive Full-Time Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals through field visits, sales coaching and performance management

  • Be responsible for interviewing and hiring of Full-Time Sales Representatives, managing all aspects of their training, scheduling/execution of visits, completion of all reports and overall performance to goal

  • Have proven ability to adapt to changing business environment while proactively ensuring field organization meets or exceeds client expectations - a burning desire to be the best!

  • Develop strong rapport with Full-Time Sales Representatives and retail store personnel through consistent and professional communication

  • Report Field Insights and challenges to management, while communicating program changes/updates to the field

  • Receive other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 4 to 5 years’ prior team management experience in a sales environment

  • Previous interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding experience preferred

  • Strong computer and mobile skills required: Internet, email, apps and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in retail management or 3PL labor management a plus

  • Home office space with broadband Internet connectivity required

  • Must have a valid driver’s license - All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic/Acosta a copy of their insurance policy

  • Natural ability to lead a team in a manner that will build team morale and accomplish objectives

  • Ability to achieve all established success metrics as outlined by the program for your district

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly communicate information to a group or individual

  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision, while exercising ethical and professional business practices

  • Willingness to travel within and outside your territory if and when required
