Acosta Team Lead, Project in jacksonville, Florida

The Project Team Lead is responsible for the daily and long-term management of Walmart Operations and support for other clients/projects within operations. The Project Team Lead will also have additional sales and administrative responsibilities based on client needs.
Operations- Main point of contact for a significant client for Mosaic PRO. Includes providing project times lines, inventory tracking status updates and organizing the cycle mailing.
Daily Sales/Operations Support- Support for the Operations Expert/Manager by maintaining and managing projects for clients including but not limited to sourcing and administrative duties.
Sourcing and Administrative Duties- Source, quote, provide POs and complete billing requirements for projects for both operations and production.
Sales- Main point of contact for a significant client for Mosaic PRO. Includes presentations and quoting to increase production sales. Annual spend by client exceeds 500K.
Team Leadership- Provide guidance to coordinator’s on how to complete various projects daily.
Communicate at a high level with operations team; to include project questions and tracking information daily.
Troubleshoot production issues as needed. Includes special projects and cycle mailings.

High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related work experience or previous leadership experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Knowledge of Warehouse Management
Skilled in navigating an online Warehouse Management Systems and Order Management System
Knowledge of FedEx Shipping Station Processes and Procedures
Effective and efficient project management skills
Ability to keep track of multiple requests/actions throughout the day/week (multitasking)
Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook
