Acosta Sales & Marketing HRIS Analyst III (SAP/ADP Globalview Payroll) in Jacksonville, Florida

Overview

The HRIS Analyst III leads implementation planning and design, evaluates, analyzes and implements and maintains business processes within ADP Global View Payroll and supporting applications. Incumbent must have an understanding of the various infotypes in ADP and be knowledgeable of G2 file format and SSL files and able to translate requirements for developers.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Payroll and HR Teams to analyze, design, develop, test and implement programs to meet special and on-going needs of Payroll and HR customers particularly around Payroll and time and attendance.

  • Assist users to develop, maintain, produce and distribute standard and custom reports, queries and interfaces.

  • Revises existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new business requirements.

  • Create SSL files to mass uploads into ADP Global View that include but not limited to new Cost Centers and Job Codes.

  • Function as a subject matter expert on HRIS related projects. Including but not limited to: Analyzing and testing HR and Payroll applications. The responsibilities also include system upgrade, enhancements and customizations to ensure efficiency and accuracy of process and data.

  • Ensures HR databases are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information through data entry, file transfers, and regular audits.

  • Acts as a liaison with managerial and systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, recommend changes and determine extent of programming involved.

  • Participate in the development of, and advise management on, information technology strategy and technology deployment.

  • Responsible for overall program delivery for identified solutions, utilizing industry best practices to ensure business value is delivered.

  • Resolve complex technical problems by troubleshooting, analyzing, detecting, identifying and correcting system deficiencies with a focus on ADPGV.

  • May direct the work of others.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience implementing and supporting SAP/ADP Global View Payroll and HR Applications (core HR, compensation and benefits)

  • Hands on experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration testing and support of SAP/ADP Global View Payroll

  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations.

  • Advanced MS Access and Excel skills.

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Payroll and HR processes and data.

  • Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools.

  • Knowledge of Kronos Time Management system and processes is desirable.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience is required.

  • Attention to Detail: Data is precise. Vigilance in analysis of data to come to correct conclusions is a must.

  • Math Skills: estimate numerical data.
