Acosta Sales & Marketing Client Finance Manager in *Jacksonville, Florida
Overview
The Client Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the National Client Development Manager in all reporting, financial and operational responsibilities. Responsibilities also include assisting in the management of a portfolio of strategic clients and providing single point of contact/escalation for strategic client’s trade promotion management needs.

Essential Functions:
Financial oversight of client trade spend
Financial oversight of client product forecast
Responsible for sales associate training program
Commission reconciliation
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience Requirements:
5-8 years of relevant work experience
Food brokerage and/or CPG industry experience in sales administration is strongly preferred
Customer service and client relationship management experience
Trade Promotion Management experience with a food manufacturer is preferred
Accounting, Audit, Account Reconciliation experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Advanced reporting and analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Training, presentation, communication skills
Ability to work in a matrix reporting environment
System integration background
Ability to Travel
Champions the needs of customers and clients
Uses a collaborative approach to do what is best for the entire organization
Demonstrates initiative and takes appropriate risks
