Acosta is currently seeking a professional to join our business development team. The primary responsibility of this critical role is to produce and deliver impactful presentations for both new and existing clients. The Specialist will partner with executive management, sales leads and client leads in the development of presentations that will be used across a broad range of outputs (meetings, trade shows, RFPs, conferences). In addition to design expertise, knowledge of marketing strategy is essential in this role, as is the ability to effectively organize information and convey data in and easily digestible way. The Specialist must also review and evaluate new business opportunities.

  • Responsible for the creative development of presentations for new business and current client initiatives as well as Acosta’s senior leadership team

  • Assists in managing research, concept development, design and proofreading of presentation materials

  • Produces and maintains an impactful corporate overview presentation for use company wide

  • Uphold corporate brand standards while creating effective, dynamic and well thought out presentations.

  • Ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of design, animation, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams.

  • Ability to effectively work with associates at all levels in the company from field teams to executive team.

  • Provides recommendations for continuously improving presentation development/approval processes in conjunction with corporate strategic planning and process improvement

  • Manages multiple projects/demands simultaneously with quality execution and on time delivery, including collecting sensitive data/input from cross-functional areas of the company involving senior operations leadership

  • Manages and evaluates new business inquiries

  • Systems Administrator for the Business Development team SharePoint communication portal.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience Requirement:

  • College degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 4 years related experience creating presentations using Microsoft Suite

  • Project Management experience preferred

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite – specifically PowerPoint and Photoshop.

  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

  • Creative eye for page layout and PowerPoint slide design

  • Experience interacting with all levels of management.

  • Graphic Design software programs used in the creation of presentations, preferred

  • Employs critical thinking and multimedia skills

  • Knowledge of corporate design practices, logo usage and corporate identity standards

  • Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities and ensuring that promises are kept, and expectations are exceeded

  • Constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
