Acosta Associate Director, Client Services in Jacksonville, Florida
The Associate Director, Client Services (ADCS) sells the company’s complete product and service offering to its largest and most strategic prospects / clients. They may have a secondary focus on penetrating certain assigned customers with substantial growth opportunity, as assigned by management. The SDCS closes and implements complex, high value growth opportunities within a base of named clients (and/or customers). The ADCS is responsible for achieving $4MM+ in sales annually.

Sells the complete offering of company products and services to assigned opportunities while managing client’s expectations and budgets while maximizing company profit
Up to 25% Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
To seek out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier clients in our industry
Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans / strategies to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace to keep our company competitive and innovative
Need to be innovative while serving as a business representative at major industry events,
Assist in handling RFP’sOther duties as assigned
High School Diploma/GED
Work Experience Requirements:
5-8 years of previous experience
1-3 years of supervisory experience
Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Experience in creating and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Must have proven experience in planning, monitoring, and managing a department budget as well as relationship management experience which is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record in sales
Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution, time management with the ability to balance multiple demands
Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
Analytical skills required - detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed.
Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and clients
Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to set own goals and determine how to accomplish results with some guidelines
Possess an advanced understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products, primarily Microsoft Excel, Power-Point, Word, and Outlook
