Acosta Associate Director, Client Services in Jacksonville, Florida

Overview

The Associate Director, Client Services (ADCS) sells the company’s complete product and service offering to its largest and most strategic prospects / clients. They may have a secondary focus on penetrating certain assigned customers with substantial growth opportunity, as assigned by management. The SDCS closes and implements complex, high value growth opportunities within a base of named clients (and/or customers). The ADCS is responsible for achieving $4MM+ in sales annually.

Essential Functions:

  • Sells the complete offering of company products and services to assigned opportunities while managing client’s expectations and budgets while maximizing company profit

  • Up to 25% Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

  • To seek out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier clients in our industry

  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans / strategies to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace to keep our company competitive and innovative

  • Need to be innovative while serving as a business representative at major industry events,

  • Assist in handling RFP’sOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of previous experience

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience

  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Experience in creating and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Must have proven experience in planning, monitoring, and managing a department budget as well as relationship management experience which is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

  • Highly motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution, time management with the ability to balance multiple demands

  • Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, and prioritization skills

  • Analytical skills required - detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed.

  • Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and clients

  • Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to set own goals and determine how to accomplish results with some guidelines

  • Possess an advanced understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products, primarily Microsoft Excel, Power-Point, Word, and Outlook
