We are currently looking for a Field Operations Manager to join our innovative, growing company.
The Field Operations Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of a program related to Field Personnel (75-150 Experience Consultants) and the Operational components behind it. This would include but not limited to: onboarding and training field personnel, performance managing and development of field personnel, creating and maintaining personnel records to include sales performance, in-store behavioral assessment, administering any necessary counseling/corrective action and monitoring reporting and training compliance.
FOM collaborates with internal stakeholders, and overall ensures the program runs smoothly. This position will work closely with the Internal Operations and Onboarding teams as well as manage the off-boarding process aligning with internal stakeholders such as HR and Payroll. The FOM will work directly with the Regional Field Operations Manager to consistently performance manage SECs, as well as ensure completion of all reporting and compliance of Mosaic and client established expectations.
The FOM is client facing and will have weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with client field management teams to show current staffing/turnover/retention/compliance results and discuss development opportunities.
The Field Operations Manager will:
Partner with client and Regional Field Ops Manager to facilitate and oversee a group of approximately 75-150 remote Experience Consultants
Possess superior observational, analytical, and communication skills
Provide observational feedback to client team FOM Sr., RFOM, and client
Address employee issues and provide performance counseling when necessary
Set performance standards and identifies methods to achieve, audit, and constantly improve results
Ensure SECs have tools & resources necessary to meet goals and objectives set by program management and the client
Diligently monitor scheduling, review, and approve in-store time claims
Other duties as assigned
College degree preferred with 4+ years previous Territory, District and or Regional management experience within retail, managing a team dispersed throughout a large geographical area.
Working knowledge of human resource disciplines including employee relations, performance management, and federal/state respective employment laws is highly preferred
Consumer electronics background preferred.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Internet Explorer, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, and preferably PowerPoint
Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills and the ability to schedule tasks and people in order to meet program goals
Available up to 25% travel & possess a reliable automobile for driving
Must have a valid driver’s license
This position requires that you drive on behalf of Acosta Sales & Marketing, and as such, any DUI/DWI conviction in the past 36 months will be an immediate disqualifier for this position
Daily access to a high-speed connection, daily access to a Windows based PC, with strong familiarity to PCs and interest in all technology products
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays. Typical work week is Thrusday - Monday during prime retail hours.
