Position Overview

This position represents our client, TCL, showcasing their globally ranked line of Smart TVs and Sound Bars on weekends at the Best Buy store in Dewitt, NY 13214

As a rising international leader in consumer electronics, TCL is dedicated to setting new industry standards and offering increased amounts of technical versatility and display innovation without sacrificing lower price tags. The Sales Specialist serves as a dedicated brand influencer within the assigned store location to introduce TCL to customers and promote their home theater technology. Your job will be to ensure successful increases in TCL sales by effectively engaging customers, highlighting unique product features, and providing expert advice and purchasing recommendations that fit customers' unique needs.

What you will do:

• **Execute sales strategies: *Align with program goals and KPIs*

• Provide engaging customer interactions:Demonstrate products to fit customers' needs**

• Train store associates: Help store personnel confidently communicate TCL information**

• Merchandising: Ensure TCL products are well-displayed and functional**

• Reporting: complete call reports on the same day**
