Description and Requirements
As a Field Talent Manager you will lead a team of Field Marketing Representatives and Trainers that are responsible for driving sales, increasing category share and brand awareness for one of the biggest Home Appliance clients on the market.
By increasing the retail presence of the client’s consumer products, you will deliver beyond what is expected for the client.
Leads, coaches, guides, advises, mentors, recruits, and develops Field Marketing Representatives (FMRs) and RED -E Team Training Managers that drive sales, increase category share, brand awareness, and influence market share and mind-share for the client in a tactical environment.
Serves as the primary, dedicated, expert for each team member’s successful performance in client service and retention.
Acts as liaison between field team, management, and client by overseeing day-to-day activities with deliverables, promotions, and other processes or assignments, including all virtual team assignments/deliverables.
Partners with the client serving as an expert in field marketing, merchandising, repair, and maintenance to achieve measurable success.
Develops and maintains positive, professional, collaborative relationships with client ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Complies with Company policies and procedures with all staff and markets.
Uses rigid ethical considerations to guide decisions and act in accordance with Company values.
Exhibits exceptional skills in client relationships, analysis, accountability, time management and leadership.
Undergraduate bachelor’s degree preferred with an emphasis in Business or Marketing desired.
Minimum one year experience as a Field Sales Manager, Field Operations Manager or Field Marketing Manager in consumer electronics required; preferably in Home Appliances.
Minimum two years’ management experience in retail, retail operations, merchandising, sales, marketing, and service organizations required.
Account and Client Management experience desirable.
Understanding of retail field programs with shared and/or dedicated resources.
Excellent communication skills required.
Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
Remote home office environment with frequent travel up to 80% to corporate offices, regional offices, client and/or vendor offices, training or convention venues, and retail establishments.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MapPoint, Share Point).
Open to this position being based anywhere in the Northeast.
