Description and Requirements
If you love gaming, join our team as a Market Manager supporting a global leader in interactive products. You will manage a territory building a positive environment for our client’s products at retail. You will be responsible for merchandising, interactive display installations/maintenance, and product education. The Market Manager will be an integral part of the customer experience by leveraging your unmatched technical and merchandising expertise to ensure the clients products are well represented.

What will you do?
Enhance the customers' experience by installing and maintaining the freshest interactive displays
Troubleshoot advanced technical issues using critical thinking
Build and maintain strong working relationships with store associates and management
Visit all stores within your market on a designated frequency
Maintain the overall appearance of products at assigned retail locations
Be the owner of the merchandising standards of all products and displays in your territory
Place orders for replacement parts and/or displays
Support the client as needed at local and regional events

Willingness to travel up 100% of the time throughout your region and special client events
What experience should you have?
Successful track record in retail, retail operations, gaming, merchandising, sales and/or marketing
Ability to travel (overnight/weekends) to support client events
Experience influencing shelf and display decisions
Comfortable using tools, following detail technical instructions, and applying troubleshooting protocols
Familiarity with gaming systems and interest in technical products
