Acosta Lead, Remodel (Travel Teams*) in Colorado Springs, Colorado
The Remodel Lead will facilitate the timely completion of projects through leading and training small teams of fixed-term (merchandising) associates. Reviews tasks completed by the team for completion and accuracy. This position will also provide advice and feedback on associate performance, raises, and terminations.

Work Experience Requirements:
1 – 3 years of related work experience
1 – 3 years of Supervisory/Management experience

Ability to follow-up on outstanding issues to ensure completion and accuracy
Ability to delegate responsibilities to team members best suited for the tasks.
Ability to give clear directions to team members to ensure proper completion of tasks.
