Description and Requirements
Build and lead a team to drive sales for one of the nation’s largest cable and internet providers. As Sales Director at Premium, you will lead the build out and drive regional sales and operational performance for a significant client program. Your team will engage store traffic in a retail environment to create sales opportunities.

What will you do?
Inspire and manage your team to deliver for Premium clients
Teach, train, coach and drive selling behaviors
Lead recruiting efforts to maintain top talent
Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales and performance requirements
Analyze sales data to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunity in under-performing markets
Manage and analyze reporting regarding all areas of the program

What experience should you have?
Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in Business, Marketing, or similar field of study
Minimum five years management experience in retail sales, retail operations, training, and merchandising
Minimum five years multi-unit management experience
Successful leadership of retail field sales/operations with shared and/or dedicated resources and retail sales incentive programs required
Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills required
Evidence of forward-thinking, problem solving, multi-tasking, detail oriented, analytical behaviors required
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MapPoint, Access) proficiency required
Evidence of success in use of systems/tools that track sales, expenses, incentives, profit, loss, etc.
Ability to travel to retail locations in divisions/markets weekly, up to 80% travel
Directly supervises remote District Managers
