Acosta Sales & Marketing Senior Compensation Analyst in Jacksonville, Florida
The incumbent will assist in the creation of a salary administration program, to include: salary structure, merit and promotional guidelines, and formalization of the “approval and salary change” process. Upon implementation the incumbent will assume full responsibility for the salary administration program. The incumbent will assist in the creation, implementation and maintenance of short and long term incentives.
Complete job evaluations and create formal job descriptions for all active titles in the company.
Maintain job description library working with other HR team members.
Create and maintain current salary structure for entire company to include geographical differentials. (no less than annual updates required)
Maintenance of merit and promotional guidelines.
Ongoing auditing of base salary issues as it applies to external market, internal equity and salary guideline compliance.
Gatekeeper for increase processing during the year and for annual merit increase process as well.
Report generator for salary analysis issues.
Assist in incentive plan design and implementation as required.
Compile data submissions for external salary surveys.
Designs and administers performance management system.
7 years of compensation experience including compensation incentive analysis experience, administration and design experience
Should have experience developing, implementing and administering a performance management system
Advanced spreadsheet expertise required
Advanced HRIS skill required
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills a must
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Must be able to negotiate well
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight timelines
