Acosta Sales & Marketing Regional Sales Rep – USN in Brooklyn, New York

Overview

Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Rep is responsible for selling and servicing independent retail accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manages accounts and establishes ongoing relationships

  • Travels to any active accounts to maintain relationships and grow business

  • Attends Trade Shows

  • Updates account information as prescribed by RSM using the customer management system

  • Processes all Pharmacy orders and inquiries

  • Meets or exceeds established goals in territory sales, new facings and new or restored accounts

  • Builds the territory by prospecting to establish and develops new accounts and restore old accounts not currently being serviced

  • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred

  • Minimum of 0-3 years consumer product customer service experience

  • Outside sales with emphasis in drug wholesale and independent pharmacies

  • Computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook;

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
